Integrative Psychotherapy & Counselling
The Open Therapy Practice
For counselling, psychotherapy and life coaching in Seaford, East Sussex
Why struggle on alone when you can find help with a professional counsellor?
You’ll be in a safe space, a confidential space.
Together we’ll uncover what’s holding you back.
Together we’ll help you choose what you want and need next.
I am experienced in helping clients who have difficulties with:
- Stress
- Relationships
- Panic Attacks
- Traumas – often called PTSD. I also offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing)
- Anxiety
- Bereavement
- Redundancy
- Depression
- Addiction
- Personal history of abuse
- Feelings too difficult to name
- Fear of Public Speaking
Sharing our experience with another may be a good idea.
Anxiety of every kind can be openly discussed, explored and transformed into a renewed and positive outlook that will lead to an enhanced life journey forward.
Exploring how you feel in a confidential, safe space can help you get to know yourself so much more. You can then move on and grow into how you could be.
Exploring yourself with qualified support can release energy along with difficult feelings.
My name is Helen Bazzard,
I am a qualified and experienced Integrative and Transpersonal Counsellor and Psychotherapist, (the transpersonal includes a wider sense of self such as in the spiritual and the creative).
I have been a practising counsellor, psychotherapist and coach for the past 25 years in the Brighton and Sussex area.
Over the past 10 years I have also been working with the staff in all departments of the University of Sussex: lecturers, PA’s, technical and student services, when they are initially referred by Occupational Health. I also work with private clients including trainee therapists.
I work mainly with individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period.
My Open Therapy Practice for counselling and Open Voice Practice for public speaking coaching and fear of public speaking is in Seaford. I believe sharing loss, fear and unhappiness in this way can transform our outlook when we
have become lost in old responses and patterns or are currently challenged by change.
Expand your horizons! Find your hidden depths!
My practice is now in wonderful Seaford – 3 minutes walk from Bishopstone station with free parking if you’re driving.
Within sight of the un-commercialised beach you could allow time for a coffee on the beach, breathe in the negative ions and unwind even further…
Why not come and meet me and see how you go?
‘Occasionally it dawns on us that struggling alone is not moving us on or changing enough…
You feel something needs to change.
This is when sharing our experience with another may be prudent.’
